I’m a digital transformation professional with over 25 years’ experience across eCommerce, product management, service design, user experience and digital marketing for UK and European brands.
I’m currently Head of Product & UX for Distrelec and a Consultant for Transform to Digital.
I built my first website in 1996 and have been lucky enough to work in product management, eCommerce, digital marketing, design and UX ever since. I’ve facilitated countless discovery workshops and created thousands of user stories, roadmaps, wireframes, storyboards, information architectures, content plans and user journeys.
Today I’m still delivering transformational digital services and leading some fantastic teams to do it. My focus is on achieving change fast, experimenting using MVT tools and learning from each interaction with our customers to deliver the right things at the right time, prioritising work to provide maximum business value and customer satisfaction.
